As many heat treatment processes are only properly proven and confirmed by practical tests, we have several systems for test setups available in our plant. Here we replicate the customer’s process in professionally implemented realistic tests, providing an evaluation of the future process.

We are also happy to engineer turnkey systems that can be directly integrated and used in your manufacturing. For all systems that we develop and implement, we design the entire electronics and mechanics in-house and consider the safety technology. This enables us to guarantee the best possible quality of components and system parts. If necessary, this of course also includes the implementation of on-site or existing system parts, as well as the corresponding safety-related consideration of the interfaces and the awarding of a complete CE. Innovative technologies are combined here with proven standards to find the best solution at all times. An important point for many of our customers is the heat treatment of products with solvent-based substances. Airtec offers a team of employees in this respect who have been engineering systems for this demanding task for many years. Special attention is paid to safety technology, which we design with great care in accordance with the standards and realise with components from well-known German manufacturers. We gladly also take into account internal company regulations regarding component suppliers, where the technology allows.
